On Wednesday 13 December, Brecon Motor Club will present a Rally Forum hosted by
John Horton, Media Officer of Wales Rally GB.
His guests will include a past winner of the International Welsh Rally, Russell
Brookes; the original 'King of Epynt', Tony Fowkes; and further entertainment
from the inimitable Phil Collins.
Add to the cocktail the irrepressible Howard Davies as auctioneer and the scene
is set!
