Rob Barrett wins at home
Huddesfield resident Rob Barrett has won the
Trackrod ‘All Stars’ Rally after 68 stage miles in the
fast and furious forests around Pickering whilst rival David Meredith came home
to clinch the Silverstone Tyres Stars of the Future title with one round to
go.

driveshaft this morning but somehow we made it home. Before now everything’s
gone our way all season. It feels good to take the
title.â€
Coming
home second in the rally was Mark Gamble, making his Stars debut in his new
Citroen C2.
“I’m
very happy with the result,†said the 25 year-old from
