With its ability to accelerate from 0-60mph in just 4.5 seconds, the Mitsubishi Evolution Lancer is one of the most powerful and impressive rally cars in the world, and was instrumental in powering Tommi Mäkinen to four successive World Rally Championship drivers titles as well as a constructors title, and now here’s your chance to enjoy three adrenalin packed sessions behind the wheel in one of these monstrous machines with this great EVO driving experience!

Over your sessions an expert instructor will teach you everything you need to know about handling this incredible car, and by the end of it you'll be powersliding and speeding around a challenging off-road course.
   
This rally experience gives you the chance to test out the Mitsubishi Evolution Lancer on exclusive rally stages. Keeping this experience as close and as authentic to world championship rally driving as possible, the cars are fitted with specialised rally spec tyres, allowing tremendous grip whilst flying around corners and keeping you on the stage during extreme braking! This experience runs for half a day and includes the following three sessions:

Session 1: Each participant will drive a fully works-prepared Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution rally car around the stage with the instructor who will teach the basic rally driving technique to suit the course surface.

Session 2: In the second session you will be better adjusted to the car, testing its level of over steer, grip, acceleration and braking whilst practicing your newly acquired skills.

Session 3: The final session is about putting into practice everything you've learnt! You will have an understanding of the car and its limits (if there are any) as well as some new rally driving skills! Can you powerslide this fantastic car around some of the toughest corners you can take on in your final flying lap?

You can book this fantastic EVO rally day at one of the following locations: Oxfordshire (South West), Lincolnshire (Midlands), North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire (North)

Refreshments are available from the Hospitality Truck. You will need to allow up to half a day at the venue. The West Yorkshire location is available from March 2011. Your experience will begin at either 9.00am or 1.00pm. Maximum height 6' 6". Minimum age 18 years. Participants must hold a full driving licence which must be presented on the day. You will be required to sign an activity form prior to participating on the experience. Drivers are divided into groups of 4 to share the same cars and instructor throughout the experience. Spectators are welcome at an additional cost - please check with the supplier upon booking. All dates are subject to availability.
