Few rally cars looked or sounded as good as the legendary Audi Quattro; it had a rasping growl all of its own and took the rally world by storm in the early eighties with its 300bhp engine and four wheel drive transmission.  The Quattro heralded a new dawn in evolution terms and quickly secured its place in rallying history.

This stunning diecast model depicts Michele Mouton’s 1981 Test Car in its works livery. She must have put the test car to good use that year, as she went on to win the Sanremo becoming the first (and so far only) woman to win a round of the Word Rally Championship.

This highly detailed model is 1:43 scale (approx. 9cm long) and made by Minichamps.
